Waste of time and energy

Never struggled so much to connect a device via Bluetooth. It constantly disconnects, never wants to reconnect, and the lengthy processes just to get it reconnected makes it less effort than counting your own steps and getting a dietician. Honestly they need to fix these issues or accept that their products are below standard. It’s easier to connect the dots on a blank page than get this app to connect to your smartwatch.

My title says it all. The app is feature rich and easy to use. The problem is that the Bluetooth connection with the watch drops repeatedly throughout the day.That means to get basic data like a weather report, you have to open up the app and reconnect it… several times a day. What a pain!

I already bought a 300 dollar watch a few months ago. Stop inundating me with ads for more Garmin products

App not pairing watch

The app will not connect to the watch. I have done all of the recommended troubleshooting and it still does not work. It makes the functionality of the watch very limited. Fatal flaw in the Garmin / Ios ecosystem.

May I ask for an update? Alert me about text messages Not about calls.

There is an option in Garmin to allow alerts for calls and messages. Would it be possible to alert me only on messages not on calls. I get 40 junk callers a day. I have to turn off notifications on my Garmin Venu. Would like the option to only be notified of messages not calls

App works fine but...

App works fine but every single time I open the app, I'm promoted for some silly notification (e.g. do you want to track your water intake?) to which I say no thanks then am asked when I want to be reminded about this (never). Next time I open the app, new question, same process. Feel like I've done this at least 10 times, stop spamming these stupid reminders.

Round-trip Course Creation Lacking

Generally the app is very good, but the round-trip automatic course creation tool is very poor. I regularly get distances that are >50% off of what I entered. Fix this and it would be the perfect companion to my fenix 6 Pro! Thanks for your work.

Great watch, okay app

The app is super limited and basic. Tracking water should be more than 3 presets that I have to change to get a specific size. Doesn’t allow for tracking naps. The body battery basically says I’m dead every day. The app has potential but leaves so much to be desired even in simple things. The frustrating part is if you read the reviews, Garmin is not listening to the users. At all.

Let me get this straight: This app used to work beautifully. Unfortunately, one day, it just signed me out. That’s not a good sign. I am unable to log back in to this app, whenever I try to tap the Sign In button, it lets me see the EULA, and gives a button to tap that states “I am 16 years old”. I tap it, but it just brings a pop up that says “Sign In Attempt Failed. Let’s try that again.” Please fix this!!
