I love bluebell icecream but the app only offers vanilla and maybe one other flavor for bluebell. I know there are other flavors in stock, I’ve checked. It makes it inconvenient because not only do I do pickup, I still have to go in the store for my icecream.
Has potential but needs work

Seems like a nice app, but searching for an item when in the store can be frustrating. I was looking for oatmeal in my Fry’s store. The app sent me to the pharmacy area, about as wrong as it could be. I heard of another customer trying to find something the app said was to n aisle 33. The store only has 28 aisles! Digital coupons seems like a non customer friendly approach. If you have a VIP card, that should be enough.
Idk what I’d do without them!!

This app has saved my home, I am unable to drive and due to health is hard to even shop when I get out of house. Every week I get my groceries this way and I’m so grateful.
What happened?
Small Fry 1
Substitutions are no longer made at store, they blame the app. Normally, I’d be skeptical of that, but considering how buggy the app update is, I believe it. Can’t modify order any longer, substitutions now have to me made after you’ve already placed the order, but there is no notification on how to do that. What the heck, Fry’s? Do better.
Frys Is Great Most of the Time

The best part of Frys now is the free pickup. Almost all of the orders I’ve put in have been just right. It has always worked as it should have and I continue to use that service often. Shopping in the store is ok and in considering today’s pandemic atmosphere, there are long lines which we all wish weren’t there. Employees who I’ve been in contact with have gone the extra mile to help me. I believe Kroger/Frys should give your employees more help and support.

It doesn’t matter what I do, it just sends me through a continual loop of signing in and I cannot access this part of the app. It’s really annoying and inconvenient.

Hi, The app RARELY works in the store. This is very frustrating. Works fine out of the store and at home!! Also, when will you bring back the scan and go????

Omg so much better to just order online and drive up snd pick your groceries up. Tend to just get what you really need.
