Problem adding ad items to cart

You can’t add an item from the ad directly to the cart. The only option appears to be to add it to a list. Then if you go to the list, it doesn’t seem to have the option to add the item to the cart.

Lots of error messages and tech difficulties

I always receive error messages and technical difficulties when trying to order my groceries through the app. Then when you try and call customer service they are “experiencing high call volume” all the time and you can’t even speak to someone to help you. It just asks you to call back and hangs up on you. Incredibly frustrating.

Needs to have bug fixes

Ever since the last update there has been nothing but issues. Shutting down while using, will be signed in and then kicks out, add items to shopping list and then it’ll disappear from list right in front of eyes, used to total only current items on grocery list but now totals even checked items. Overall I do like using the app but these bugs need to be fixed soon.

The app is really great. Love to order groceries online and is very easy to use. Only wish is that Fry’s would have the weekly ad items and the mega sale items highlighted so you don’t have to jump back and forth to figure out what is on sale!!

OK until you try to place order

App is OK for loading coupons and creating your shopping list but the click list function to actually order is buggy. I was not able to place an order - the app put me in a seemingly endless loop on checkout - it promoted that 4 items had changed price and to review my order. I did so and tried to continue but always got the same error - no way to say OK to new price and no way to know which items it was unhappy about. One I found as change was pretty big and deleted it. The other three I had to try to guess. I got my order to go eventually this way but now not getting everything I wanted. Called the store but they were unable to help. Need to fix this app if you expect customers to pay for this service. Day before thanksgiving is not a good time for this hassle.

Does not update shopping lists

I’m having an issue where my shopping list keeps resetting to an old list. I cannot remove old items, ir save new ones. This is frustrating. I would give the app 5 stars, but I can’t keep sorting old and new lists, track paper lists and find out when I get home I’ve missed half the items I needed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app, reset my iphone, and checked that the web site didn’t have a list on it that could be messing with the app. Please fix, I’m on a tight budget and Frys is the only grocery store in my area whose app actually lets me search their whole store and not just their coupons.

can’t log in

I don’t know if I’m the only person with this problem, but it’s extremely frustrating. Every time I try to log in on this app, it tells me “please log in with your frysfood account.” I know I’m using the right email and password, because I can log in online on a desktop, no problem. Not sure if this is just a problem I’m having, or a common one? Any help would be great.
