Pick-Up Orders

I used the app because I am a busy, nursing student who also works full time and thought that I could use the gift cards I got for Christmas for a pickup order, as I have no time to go into a store and grocery shop. It took 30 minutes and some googling to figure out that I cannot use gift cards in a pickup order, which is extremely inconvenient. Will not be shopping here again.

App keeps adding items that I have deleted 20 times. Every time it refreshes it add old items. It’s Useless!
App Needs Improvements

App works well enough to get by but doesn’t provide all options that may be offered in the weekly ad. For example, 18 oz blueberries are in the add but not an option to add to your cart. Additionally, the app provides you the weekly ad, if you click on an item it’ll add it your “Your List” but not to your cart. So not very user friendly in that respect. App also doesn’t offer you the option to pick your own substitution like instacart does. You have to rely on the staff to pick for you or choose to have no substitution and forego that item altogether. After a purchase/pickup has been completed, you can see a receipt but it doesn’t show you the items that you weren’t able to get. So if you lose the printed copy, you have no reference to add it to your next shopping list.

Fry’s has been a great service for me. It’s the end of August and I’m wheelchair bound and in an assisted living facility. So I need the help.

Would be great if you added a feature to add to you cart after checking, without having to start new order.

I’m a high risk for covid (adv kidney cancer), so Fry’s online pick up service is a God sent for me. It’s easy and very user friendly.
Slow

App is super slow. Typing anything takes forever. I’d rather not use the app because it’s so slow.

My dog recently had surgery and I had to stay with him. Had delivery of my groceries this time because we can’t leave the dog. Tatiana was the greatest in letting me know what wasn’t avail and sending pics for substitutes. She was so amazing and the only complaint is I wish I left my kids more money to tip her better. She is awesome and made this difficult time in more ways a lot easier THANK YOU?
Too many unavailable items

I never have trouble finding what I need in the store but when I place an order for pickup, many items are unavailable. Not sure it’s worth the hassle.
