I don’t believe that the people who pick the groceries are doing a good job. To many time the items they say are out of stock are on the shelves if I were to go in and shop for myself. On several occasions I have gotten home with incorrect items in the bags and because of Covid I am told they can not be returned. Also I can’t use the app when I reach the parking lot to notify store. I only works when I am at home placing my orders.

Can’t register vip card

Will not let me register VIP card. Works fine on wife’s phone but keeps telling me last name is wrong or invalid VIP number even though I scan the card and the numbers all match. So I can’t add to cart for pick up or delivery until VIP number is enter. Of course can’t start a new VIP account since my phone number is already being used.

Is it not enough we are willing to go to your store? You want our email address our phone numbers etc! Ever heard of Walmart? Just low prices no gimmicks or clubs, they seem to be doing ok.

Not sure how a store has inaccurate hours on its own app, but this one does. Thanks for wasting my time and gas driving out to a closed store on Christmas Day.

Makes it easy to keep coupons and specials organized. No running around the store looking for stuff or putting things back. Then schedule a pickup for whenever you want! So easy. I don’t think I’ll go back to regular grocery shopping again. ?

Your app is confusing- Keep it simple Select Product Order Product That should be IT: Your lists and card associations are scrambled. I love the Frys app and how easy it is to grocery shop online! It saves me so much time which allows me to do things I enjoy. Each time I go to pick up my order, the Frys employees are very kind and courteous. I will always use Frys pickup for my grocery shopping. Thank you for this service

Coupon issue

Sometimes the app freezes up and doesn’t let me clip coupons..even killing the app and restarting won’t work

I Am disabled and shopping without the fear there may not be an electric cart for me to use in store is wonderful! Less stress and physically easier for me drive to store and pick up my groceries. Always pleased with the quality chosen for me. Very happy with this service.

Service is exceptional and the app is easy! Only thing to make it better would be having gallons of organic 1% milk available on the app
