This supermarket app is really easy to use as compared to other supermarket apps. Creating an order is a breeze as is making order modifications.
Convenient, learning to use coupons

I like grocery shopping with the Frys app. It is so convenient and I can use coupons. I will need to practice so I can get better at my savings. One thing I would like to improve is shopping for ingredients after selecting a recipe I want to make. It will list two or three of the ingredients. Not all of them. I had to switch between the browser and app to make sure I had all of the ingredients. Overall, great. Pick up people have been friendly and efficient.
Order for pickup issues

Frequently have to go in store to get some items because they are ‘not available’ only for them to be precisely where they’ve always been in good supply. Often have items with no replacement offered when there are comparable items available. It still shortens my time shopping, but it’s frustrating to have a service that’s inconsistent and unreliable
Coupons no longer load

I used to love this app, but the coupon page no longer works. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and it still won’t work.

Darn Covid
Such a headache
Because of Covid there is always items out of stock and you have to wait for pickup longer than it use to be, it’s so agitating that this is happening, I know it’s out of your hands just had to vent a little bit. I just hope it gets better soon not just for me but for everyone.
So Easy to Be Lazy

This app and having delivery is great. I can be lazy. I did start with pickup then decided I’d rather stay in today. But I need some groceries.
