I’m so happy with our local Paradise Valley, AZ pick up team! They crush it out every time! I’m amazed at how organized and quick they are. This is my favorite service for so many reasons and this team is always so friendly and do their best to make similar out of stock substitutions. Thank you PV team!

Ever since the last update I have zero issues with this app! As a matter of fact it is/has been the most used app I have! But since the last update, every time I go into the app it asks me to log in or create an account. I’m trying logging in and it says my password is wrong. I have updated/reset my password multiple times and it continues to make me me do it. So incredibly frustrating! What the heck is going on?!

Digital coupon scanning

Scanning the digital coupon does not work. It just sits there. Other grocery stores work fine. This one is pretty worthless.

I no longer do my own shopping. Kroger shoppers do a great job of picking out produce and fruit. Occasionally the store does not have the brand I like, but I have not had a substitution that wasn’t ok. I don't think I will ever do my own shopping again, it’s very convenient and there is no contact. Thanks Fry’s Sharon Howe

Repetitive info

This app could be greatly improved by not repeating the amount saved on the second line of info for every product. Space is at a premium and that simply cuts off too much of the description. If it says “Save $1.50” on the first line, why does it need to say “Save $1.50 on Kroger brand ______” on the second line? I end up having to click through to see what the item is because often I can’t tell from the tiny images. I used to browse through products on the previous app version and now I rarely even use it.
