Never delivered

They never delivered my order. Had to re order. I hope the same guy Jose R does not start doing this order. Good grief. So if you do not want to wait twice and spend double the money than what you planned, have your pets hungry for their food which was suppose to be here. Then order from Walmart instead. Jesse
Latest version dropping items from cart at random

Every time we use the app, it randomly drops items from our cart.
Every item I added to the cart said it was unavailable

I updated the app yesterday and now every item I add to my cart says it is unavailable. Except the fried chicken legs from the deli counter. What’s up?

This app has made being a mother so much easier. I get to plan out my whole entire week. Order all the ingredients. Go pick it up. And spend one whole evening making and prepping to freeze all our meals for the week. Six kids has me running around like crazy. But Fry’s has my back. Thank you!
From great to great disappointment...

To echo a few other reviewers here, the typing—and then waiting for it to finish well after I’ve completed is absolutely annoying. Everything is choppy and has extreme delays. Each update seems to make it worse. Also, stop moving menu options around, this is not a Where’s Waldo game, be consistent...
Worthless

The app keeps kicking me out and telling me to sign in. And then telling me I am entering the incorrect password. I have all my passwords written down so I know it’s the right one but fine I’ll change it, only when I go to change it it says it has to send me an email code and then doesn’t send me the code. I’ve refreshed and checked my spam multiple times and I got an email saying my account had been updated. I’d really like to use this app but can’t if it refuses to let me sign in
App needs a lot of work

This app needs a lot of work regarding completing checkout and adding a payment card for first time users. Your app kept timing me out each time I attempted to add my bank card. This time out glitch then caused me to be locked out after I had to continue logging in and attempt to input my bank card. The only way I was able to complete my first online grocery purchase was to get on my laptop and input my bank card and then complete. I saved and defaulted my card for future use so I assume going forward all will be better and the overall experience will improve.

I love this app. It helps find the deals and where exactly the items are. Makes shopping so convenient!
