Website is horrible and slow. Waited on phone 45 min x 2 to change my flight. Finally was able to change flight, but was charged again!!
Signing in

Why do I have to sign in EVERY TIME I use the App? It should leave me signed in unless I log out.
Incompetence at it’s finest! Zero interest in their customers!

My wife booked an online round trip and followed the instructions on the frontiers website for carry on bags and made sure that our bags were no bigger than what the website described. When we arrived at the check in counter the lady which you can tell she hated her job mentioned the bags were to big which I did not have a problem with. She made pay again for check in bags and gave me a number to call for a refund for paying ahead for carry on bags. When I called the number they barely spoke English and transferred me to 5 different reps, made me repeat myself and then told me they weren’t refunding me any of the money I paid twice for and they was no one else I can speak to....Paid the card off and now looking for another airline’s card that knows how to do good business and knows what there doing!

I will never fly in airline with so many hidden fees . Crazy taxes and luggage fees made the ticket price not worth the flight. Could have picked a much nicer airline for the same price in the end. Offer cheap tickets for those who fly without anything in their possession(nobody in the world). Weak

I fly to & from Omaha & Denver several times a month. It’s a quick 50 min. flight. Frontier’s rates are cheap, the app is easy to use, the discount den is well worth the annual expense, I make up for it within two flights, online check is easy, I go straight to the gate, unlike United who makes you go to the ticket counter and check in if you don’t have luggage (a complete inconvenience, your being punished for not having luggage & for not paying the additional fee!) I highly suggest Frontier if you travel short distances on a regular basis.
