The app crashes every time I search for a flight. EVERY TIME!!! So inconvenient. Hate it.
App keeps crashing on my iPhone

After several years of good use, the Frontier app keeps crashing on my iPhone (January 2022). The rebooted my phone. I deleted and reinstalled the app. Still crashing! I put in the info for booking a new flight and hit the search button. That’s when the apps closes unexpectedly. This is a big problem. Please fix.
Filled with bugs, useless

Works 20% of the time. I have deleted and re downloaded more times than I can count. Every time I try searching for flights, it completely kicks me out of the app. Don’t waste your time, just use the browser.
Glitchy, crashes upon flight search

I’ve deleted and reinstalled. Each time it crashes when searching for a flight. Desktop experience isn’t much better. Online booking is always a nightmare.

I used to love this app…til about 4 days ago… it crashes every single time I look up airfares….every time… I even uninstalled, reinstalled, turned phone off/on…still the same issue. I see there was an update this week, so maybe that’s the reason.

Website is easy to use. I fly Frontier a lot and they always treat me well. Good prices and good times.

I am a Discount Den & Elite member with Frontier. The app has been extremely glitchy and because of it I’ll use other airlines that have a working app. The app has become unreliable closing on its own resetting and becoming a hassle more hassle than it’s worth for there flights that have become more expensive or as expensive as a United, Delta, or AA flight! FIX THE BUGS ASAP!

I fly Frontier often but the app is horrible! Always glitching and crashing when I try to check in and will take so long to go to next screen that I often have to start over or use PC. Hopefully Frontier will work on their app and improve it. I enjoy flying with Frontier just very disappointed in the app:(
