Incompetence at it’s finest! Zero interest in their customers! – Frontier Airlines Review

My wife booked an online round trip and followed the instructions on the frontiers website for carry on bags and made sure that our bags were no bigger than what the website described. When we arrived at the check in counter the lady which you can tell she hated her job mentioned the bags were to big which I did not have a problem with. She made pay again for check in bags and gave me a number to call for a refund for paying ahead for carry on bags. When I called the number they barely spoke English and transferred me to 5 different reps, made me repeat myself and then told me they weren’t refunding me any of the money I paid twice for and they was no one else I can speak to....Paid the card off and now looking for another airline’s card that knows how to do good business and knows what there doing!
