Rescheduling flights

To reschedule a 5 hour flight to 16 hours with no other viable option but to cancel the ticket causes insane issues. Low cost flights are because of the lack of legroom and minimal add-ons in the flight. My flight duration was increased from 5 hours to 16 hours with an added 10 hours of layover, which I will have to spend at the airport; I was only given a notification that the schedule has changed, when called the customer care(terrible phone connection), they told me my dates couldn’t be moved 3 days prior or after my booking date as all the tickets were booked, they offered a refund, but now when I look at other flights the rates are skyrocketing. Had I booked with a different airlines the day I booked tickets with Frontier, would have payed much less, had a comfortable travel and not worry about such last minute changes!

Just wanted to put a few words in that my flight was on time, I arrived a little before I was due, my baggage came through just fine, and with all this pandemic going on had no problems whatsoever. Would definitely fly with you guys again!!

Very poor customer service.I submitted an incident report on 12/30/20 and contacted frontier via Facebook messenger. I have yet to receive an email response to the incident report I submitted. I also waited at least 30 minutes when trying to call frontier.

I had a terrible experience. I had a flight booked for my two children and I. We drove 1 1/2hrs to the airport for us to then get an email when we arrived to say our flight was canceled. Prior to that it said our flight was on time. Come to find out it had never left the last airport and they didn’t even let anyone know. They offered us to fly out the next day but it wouldn’t work for us. So much for our nice family vacation. Then I had to wait 7 business days for my $600+ reimbursement. They offered nothing extra. ?
