App keeps crashing

Every time I try to search for a flight it crashes and closes, please fix!

Probably the worst app I’ve ever used. Makes me real nervous to use the airline. Hopefully the flight goes smoother. Also really annoyed I have to pay for a checked bag.

For the last several months the app was working great. Just recently I noticed that the app continually crashes when you’re trying to access flights to purchase tickets via the app, when you’re logged in on your own account. Please fix this issue as I read on the review comments that several other customers are having the same problems as I.

A small step up from website

The app nor the website allow me to log in which makes the service barely usable, I’ve been able to at least connect my phone to it so I can pull up my flights but it’s not logged in so if I try to do anything else with my account, forget it

The app is not letting me buy any tickets, at the moment of the search after setting time, destination and number of persons it closes and stars again, just keeps doing the same.
Crashing on iPad, failing on iPhone

Impossible to use the app these days. Trying to book a flight from RSW to CLE. The app crashes on iPad and resets itself on iPhone. I upgraded iOS and rebooted devices. Nothing helped.
Frustrating

While attempting to book a flight the app crashed several times. I had to reboot my iPhone and then start over. When I got to the payment page, the app did not provide the option to utilize my two travel vouchers earned from previous canceled flights. I called the 800 number and the rep guided me to the website instead. Terrible.
