A lot of people don’t care for Figure and I cannot figure out why…. they are 99 % always on time, convenient and have the best prices around. If you’re going to complain about a seat not reclining on a 3 hour flight or paying for a bottle of water, then go ahead and pay triple… For my commute to and from Florida I can’t think of a better airline.

This app is downright trash. I’m not sure why it has five stars. Everyone I know who has the app has issues with it. The app NEVER stays logged in. Every time I open the app, I need to login again to view my passes & other things. Also, this app crashes very frequently. You’ll put all the details in to search for flights, it’ll load for 15 seconds and then crash. I also find that when searching for flights, the app loads for anywhere between 15 and 60 seconds, and when it doesn’t load, it just crashes. —- Ironically, the cheaper airline also has a cheaper app. You get what you pay for! :)

For some reason the app has added a few profiles just about every time I open it. That is frustrating because I didn’t realize it and my information is all over the place!!??
Frontier has terrible customer service and booking

I bought a ticket in October to travel back from Orlando. I paid and had a confirmation number. Today, I go to check in online. My confirmation number is there but no ticket?? I tried to call customer service twice. I was on hold a half hour each time. The rep hung up on me the first time. The second time, a recording said leave a message. Really??? I ended up buying a ticket (because I couldn’t use my miles) for $250 (without bags)!! I planned and needed to get back on flight 1130 on the 21st. If I don’t get a refund and get this resolved tomorrow, I’m calling the better business bureau. No reason this should happen.
New update keeps crashing

I’ve tried searching for 5 different fights over 3 different weekends in the last two hours and the app has crashed every single time, even after I deleted and reinstalled it. Big bummer.
Functional but VERY slow

Seems like a couple minutes every time the owl and clouds pop up.

The app is the slowest app I have ever experienced in my life! It is almost as bad as the Frontier customer service call in line! Capture a screen shot of your boarding pass, you cannot wait on it to load from the app!

I understand Frontier wants me to purchase add-ons. I answered all those questions when I purchased my ticket. Why do I have to answer them again (4 or 5 different add-on options) at when I check in? Isn’t there a way my preferences can be remembered? Kind of annoying to be bothered again.
