The app never found my booking. I tried the same info on the website and it worked over there. Tried to buy carry on luggage through this and couldn’t do it. Do not rely on this app. It is useless

I have been flying Frontier back and forth from Philadelphia to Fort Myers on many occasions and have never been charged for this bag. I wasn’t charged for it leaving Philadelphia but was charged for it leaving Fort Myers. The flight is not nearly full. Is this Frontiers way of making extra money?

Never book with these guys through Expedia. They don’t talk to each other at all. Expedia does not even update flight time changes from Frontier - because they never talk to each other. It’s a cluster of pointing the finger the other way. These guys really have little to no customer service...
12-25 flight 1038 star?????

The 1038 Christmas flight from Orlando to Buffalo was amazing. The flight was so smooth and comfortable. This has the be the best pilot hands down. My first Frontier flight and there will definitely be many more.

You will regret if you book with them. I booked through Expedia and it never processed. Somehow, frontier was still booked. 2 hour laters, my flight was cancelled and I never received a refund. Tried calling customer services and they never picked up. 400 dollars wasted. I will be disputing with my bank and further investigating this issue.
