Cheap yes but not good at communicating things. I took a flight recently and upon returning to the airport, I was taken to a terminal that I didn’t know existed and the stewardess said nothing about it. Also double standard as far as carry on vs. personal. The dimensions they have on their website compared to what they allow at the gate are different and passengers were allowed to take bigger than what was allowed. Asking as other planes are available, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Only issue was I picked a seat to and from destination then there was an error on site when I immediately went back in to schedule again the seat was unavailable because I had selected it in prior inquiry.

Could not check in to flight. I was given error stating “reservation was found but would have to check in at ticket window.” Also could not purchase an additional checked or carry on bag. App was useless in my circumstances.

As we were checking in ...one.of your agents at the front took a temperature of one of the passengers and she screamed out several times “this was on our way here positive positive I got one that is positive” I thought that was the most embarrassing thing for a professional to say, even though we are in a pandemic, there’s a better way of handling that. she could’ve privately gone over spoke with one of the agents and then assisted the passenger to the side. The passenger was looking so embarrassed she put her head down please please please look into the procedure to handle this process expeditiously thank you
