Frontier has terrible customer service and booking – Frontier Airlines Review

I bought a ticket in October to travel back from Orlando. I paid and had a confirmation number. Today, I go to check in online. My confirmation number is there but no ticket?? I tried to call customer service twice. I was on hold a half hour each time. The rep hung up on me the first time. The second time, a recording said leave a message. Really??? I ended up buying a ticket (because I couldn’t use my miles) for $250 (without bags)!! I planned and needed to get back on flight 1130 on the 21st. If I don’t get a refund and get this resolved tomorrow, I’m calling the better business bureau. No reason this should happen.
