App still glitchy

The app has gotten completely unusable. I can never get past putting info in to book a flight and it kicks me off. As soon as it goes to search for flights. Every time. So frustrating.

Never had an issue before. But since 1/12 it is SO slow and not crashing constantly. Hopefully a quick and easy bug to fix.
Can’t Log into Profile

Every time I try to log into profile, the circle animal icon spins and spins forever. I can see my profile info in faded background but app never fully connects. I have elite 100k status and want to use this app to buy more tickets but it’s inoperable . I’ve deleted and reinstalled multiple times but still same problem There is no contact info for app support. How can this be fixed so I can buy tickets?
UI needs work

The app needs work from the UI side. Flight status function doesn’t work. The gate number should be visible from the home screen.

Confusing to add or remove a bag or perk…I had to exit the app and start over. Also can’t add my known traveler number. Is there a place to add my frequent flyer number? If so I can’t find it
