very cheap services but it is very bad. There is no customer service to talk to, service cuts out a lot, you will receive voice mail but you won’t be able to see it on your app unless you re-install the app every time . And it will say unlimited talk and text but if you use all of your data your talk and text are gone.

Functional but not easy to navigate, especially for a child. The app needs a widget for making quick tap for call and text favorite contacts. It seems like no one has really tried to use this as a daily driver. More effort is required to make this as easy to use as Apple’s walled garden will allow, since this can’t be the default call/text app. Desperately needs the ability to reply to text messages via type, text, and suggestions from the Apple Watch. My T1D daughter uses it and it would make communicating much easier. She misses her Android Nexus 5X for these reasons.

The app is quite good. I’ve had no performance issues nor problems with crashing. It pops up when it should and is responsive. I am not constantly getting logged out either. I contrast this with another carrier’s app which had a ton of problems. FreedomPop’s coverage isn’t amazing in my area, I’d give it 3 stars for coverage. But for the price?? 5 stars! I know people who pay lots and lots for similar or worse coverage!

iPhone 11 iOS 13.2 stopped to play voicemails. I reported the issue 10 days ago... Customer support confirmed that my account is in good standing and tells me to uninstall and to reinstall the application. Did that many times, still does not work.
