LOVE IT

e_li_jahgh

Okay I literally love this app it is the best texting FREE texting app EVER I have literally had the same number on here for 2 years and it’s amazing they give u 200 minutes (call) 500 text (for FREE) minutes and like unlimited is cheap as hell!! There is only one thing I disapprove of is that you have to pay 1.99$ a month of text messages but besides that this app is AMAZING

Shady Company.

very dissapointed client

I was more than excited to get involved with this company for a cheap phone plan. I wanted to test it out to see if I would really like it, so I started off with the “free plan”. Huge mistake. I thoroughly went through the information a few times before submitting to the company on exactly which plan I wanted. I cannot emphasize enough that I went with the FREE plan. The next day $20 of mine was put into the freedom pop account around a time I hadn’t even been on the app!! Long story short, THEY STOLE MY MONEY. Couldn’t get my money back, called both numbers they provided on website and app and neither of them answered. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Good for price but it drains my battery like crazy

jhawkins23

It’s a great deal but it drains my 6s plus extremely fast. I uninstall the app I have normal battery drain installing the app my battery drains extremely fast. Please fix this in a update I can’t use the app and service I paid for because I have to keep uninstalling the app.

Glitchy but fantastic price

Glor E Us

For the price I can’t complain about the headache of having to delete and re-download the app about everything six months due to some sort of glitch in the service this fix usually gets me back up and running. I have also had to watch The billing quite closely and that is worked out over message through company platform which is a bit hard to navigate. So if you are not technically savvy this is not for you

Best App 2019

This is the only app that gives me joy. Thanks to the developers

Works Great

NeatRead

I bought the 5gig plan on sale for$100.00 at Best Buy. A little tricky to set up, but once it’s configured works GREAT. The only thing is I can’t delete text messages.

This app is a great app and works in a lot of areas.. rarely did I have an issue with it crashes down or having conversation cut off.. try it and see for yourself

Bugs, bugs, bugs...

Alexey Zagarin

1. The most annoying bug – it’s impossible to read SMS while on call, which is crazy e.g. when your bank send you authorization messages and asks you to read them; 2. Tons of notifications on incoming calls, like tens per minute. Obviously, the other side didn’t call so many times, they just weren’t able to. 3. Buttons on dial pad look ugly on iPhone SE after iOS13 upgrade. Two stars just because it works somehow at least.

Not worth it anymore

Terribly unreliable. Horrible customer service. I guess I am moving on after years of being a customer.

Low quality calls, bad signal everywhere.

Qrodi

I’m very disappointed with this service. The sound is pretty bad even when I get full bars. No coverage at home so I rely on WiFi. The calling app is very buggy, it crashes frequently. (You can only call and text through their app. No calls/text through your phone native apps). The customer service is by email ONLY ( unless you upgrade to a premium service). They encourage customs to search through forums for their issue solutions. FreedomPOP numbers don’t work with iMessage. I’d rather pay more, than settle for such low quality service for a low price. I guess you get what you pay for. PS: it’s VERY hard to port out your number if you want to change your carrier.
