Visual Voicemail stop working – FreedomPop: Calling & Texting Review

iPhone 11 iOS 13.2 stopped to play voicemails. I reported the issue 10 days ago... Customer support confirmed that my account is in good standing and tells me to uninstall and to reinstall the application. Did that many times, still does not work.
