This is literally the worst iPhone app I’ve used in five years. It simply doesn’t work. It should be taken down.

Seems like this app was not thought out at all. Select a location first, then log in? What? Why? How about a simple view tickets where you can see a barcode? Add a to wallet? Nope. Signed up thinking my seats would immediately be there, nope. Added 24 hours later. Not convenient at all and the UX is just plain non sensical and strange. Ugly graphics as well, poor logo and buttons are of a app made in the early 2000’s. Time to update if you’re going to be a must use app for my MLS tickets. I hope I’ll get in the stadium.

i used this app to get into the venue in slc for a concert i attended. it was fast and easy.. i had absolutely no problem using the app. i’ve header and seen how ppl use this app and it’s not easy for them.. i question but how? anyways.. i love the app and i recommend it 100%?

Absolutely the worst!

Horrible in EVERY way. Requires each ticket holder to sign up for an account. Doesn't show seat locations on a venue map. Very limited functionality of the app. Then, when you're totally frustrated and visit the website -- you've probably just found the slowest loading site in the history of the web. It makes the concert ticket buying experience feel painful, cumbersome and sad. Also, although they make it sound like selling tickets is super easy, just try it -- then you can really experience just how bad this service can really be. I was unable to accept ticket bids, the "Help" tab timed out. Nothing but pain with these guys! Never again!

I’ve seen a lot of bad experiences from people but a lot of the time it’s while transferring tickets it seems so if you just keep it on one phone it works perfect

After not doing my research and purchasing tickets that were sent to me via Flash Seats I got worried because of all the negative reviews , but this app worked perfectly fine for me.

After filling out endless forms and information online and then directed to download the app to see my tickets I am simply done with this company. The app keeps pushing me to transfer the tickets I just purchased! A bunch of nonsense, poor graphic design and confusing total process with AXS including this garbage app. Use another service if at all possible.

I would say if you want to feel anxiety and dread going to every game use this app. Maybe it will work when you get to your venue, maybe it won’t. But here’s the thing, with LA Kings partial game plans, you don’t have a choice you get your tickets via this app. You’re beholden to the app in all of its glory (and by glory I mean hot pile of %€¥~!)
