Controls need fixing!!!

Amazing game, but moving my character around is soo frustrating! The d-pad needs to be in the corner or wherever you want it. And it's a little glitchy when moving right. Keeps getting stuck. Come on, Square—you're better than this!

Personally I haven't been a final fantasy fan, but after I played final fantasy XV on Xbox one, I was hooked. I wanted to play more, and saw this when searching on the app store. Its a bit pricey, but worth it

This version have the Dawn of Souls edition. I love all the extra things that go with it. I love this game. I relive my childhood every time I play this game.

After iOS 11 . . .

This game won't work. iOS 11 will only support 64 bit apps. Unless this app gets updated then it will become completely useless. Even though I purchased this app years ago I still want to be able to play it later down the road. I guess we play the waiting game with Square to see what they'll do.

I eagerly paid for and downloaded this game, in the mood for a trip down memory lane. Alas, when I open and start the game, it shows me a cast of characters that I am supposed to give news to, but I don't see any way to do this. When I click on a character, I would have thought a keyboard or other way of naming the character would be available. How have others surpassed this issue?

I really don't understand the changes they made compared to the original. Bosses are way to easy. In fact, everything is too easy. I did the trial to upgrade the heroes before i even got the second crystal. That's usually about the very last thing you do in the game. They could have at least lowered the encounter rate, if they were going to make the mobs so redundantly easy. It's much higher than the original nes version. Not only that, they decreased the types of monsters you encounter in dungeons and the world map. It's very tedious and annoying. The bonus dungeons are worthless and add no value to the game whatsoever. Just a bunch of overpowered items that you don't even need to complete the game. Only giving it 2 starts for the graphics upgrade. Otherwise would have been 1.
