A must play for any RPG fan

This is my second favorite game of all time (Illusion of Gaia being the first). Game play is perfect. Audio and visual quality are perfect. Had an issue trying to change character class at first but figured that out. This is a steal for the asking price. I love love love this game and having the ability to play it on my phone is awesome. Currently doing the White mage challenge. Wish me luck!

A classic from back in the day. The only complaint I have is the inconsistency of monsters you run in to. There are times where I’ve gone almost a minute without running in to some thing. Then there are times where I’ll run in to enemy after enemy after enemy in less than 10 steps. Not enough to stop me from playing, but enough to be annoying at times.
Movement makes unplayable

Right arrow on d pad doesn't work right

The right movement arrow barely works, meaning you can only move one space right at a time. Disappointing! Please fix, love this game otherwise!!!
Great game, buggy controls on iOS 10

The game is fantastic. No trouble there. The problem is that there is currently a bug where the right directional control does not work. I write software for a living so I've run through the standard process of trying it on multiple devices etc so its not my hardware Technical Details: The right directional arrow shows a reaction to being selected but does not initiate movement. Only when you move you finger to the inner rings does movement occur. This was tested and confirmed on 3 iPhone 7's and 1 iPad mini devices all running the latest iOS 10 build as if Dec 12 2016. This is a major bug and should be addressed. Feel free to contact me directly to help resolve the issue

Only thing that bothers me is that I cannot open a map of the area. I go to the menu and click on map but nothing happens. So I'm aimlessly wandering until I find the right spot to go to! Other than that though.. solid game.

I played FFXI for a little while. It was really good. Never played this before, but I really like it. Other online reviews were accurate that the game can be unforgiving is you stumble into the wrong area. No re spawning from the graveyard, if you know what I mean. Dead is dead. Update: finished with 30 hours. Finished the hardest bonus dungeon before the final dungeon. It's a solid RPG for sure.

The original Final Fantasy with tasteful graphic remastering and bonus dungeons. Hours and hours of gameplay exist for those appreciative of engaging exploration and delightful details. A classic masterpiece...being done a disservice by poor maintenance on Square Enix's behalf. A paid app, and especially a game of this caliber should not be abandoned by its creators. Many people have stated their issues but precious little has been done for it. Great game. Not so great care for it. It is SE, not FF, that deserves the low (if not lower) rating of this app. Only purchase if acknowledging the potential of losing several dollars for a virtually unplayable game.
