Live streaming on movies anywhere DOES NOT WORK. Don’t bother calling CS - you either end up at a dead end - or on hold forever. With so many other streaming services out there, I won’t waste another hour of my time on a service that really does not care.

I spent 30 minutes trying to figure out how to rent a movie. I Went to the FAQ done everything it said to but I gave up. It’s too complicated, you should just be able to click “Rent now” and start watching. I ended up deleting the app, the Redbox app is so much simpler to use and cheaper.

FandangoNow is a decent app that is easy to navigate but I often have problems trying to watch shows or movies. Sometimes it won’t load and tells me to try again later. The plus with that is that you can check online if others are also having issues with the app. I also have issues with clicking on certain seasons of shows. Since I watch a lot of them on my tablet, their app won’t display all the seasons. For ex: I am on season 6 of NCIS and when I click on what season to watch, season 6 is cut off and unable to be clicked on. Overall the app is okay but not great. It would benefit from being down less and being more user friendly for those with tablets.
No Dolby digital support

This is basic audio feature and it’s missing in this app. Allen other streaming services like Netflix etc support 5.1 surround sound and fandango is missing this. Tried in chromecast and Apple TV, both missing this. Audio is only in stereo

You may not have to pay a monthly fee but you do have to pay for everything you watch even the old stuff.. so all in all Netflix is cheaper one fee for everything.. yeah you can’t watch the new release movies on Netflix.. but u can pay for those on demand through xfinity if have it.. if not this application would only benefit you if your watching something that’s new released..

First you have to go to the site to order the movie but watch on the app. You can’t watch on a smart Tv only laptops and mobile devices. And finally once you’re ready to watch it never works!!! I’ve tried to watch a movie 3 different times and have never succeeded Relaunch the app or stick to tickets
