No sorting.

KChristner

Only gave her two stars because there is no way to sort the movies alphabetically. Otherwise it would be a five star app. Every other service out there you can sort them alphabetically except for fandango now.

Crap

SonyReaderSucks

Cannot even download the application. In horrified to try to download content. Fandango disappoints once again. And makes great money doing it.

NO customer service if you have an issue

mazapaa

Their customer service is non-existent. I had a problem and immediately called their provided number in the app. After 25 minutes on hold, no one had answered, so used the form to submit the issue. Guess what? No one ever responded. You’re sunk if you have a problem. Not using them, again. It’s not worth the wasted money.

Too basic

jdjcejeiwhejdbshs

Please include filters for searches. A genre filter would be awesome. Make the app available for my smart TV.

Don’t waste your time

Original Puma Black

I got a $5 credit through Fandango to try this. I tried downloading a movie that was just a little more than that. Took me two days to download. Then they gypped me on time. Customer service is worth nothing and you’re better off waiting for the movie to come to the local library. Horrible experience.

Needs to step into the future.

Iamjlong

The app needs to be customized for the Apple TV.

Terrible streaming, constant interruptions

landladyinflorida

The poor streaming and frequent crashes ruined “Get Out” for me. I will be deleting this app.

whats the point?

rolaidsson10

what is the point if I cant even buy movies on the app and watch them? isnt that the sole purpose of fandangonow?

Good service with poor viewability

CotyWK

A great alternative to using gift cards to own media instead of buying movie tickets. However, I cannot seem to find an app for my smart tv (roku) or the other media players I use which degrades the service to mainly phone viewing. You also can’t purchase media from the phone app; only online. The online services are pretty outdated as well as you can’t enable two-factor authentication or CVV code verification for purchases, meaning anyone who can watch what you purchased can also purchase anything unless you remove your card from your account every time. They only allow one gift card per purchase online so you’ll end up with a bunch of partially used gift cards or spend money when you shouldn’t need to. Everything else is great. Library is separated well, it holds your spot if you stop watching and they have a great selection.

Great for travel, lacking for home

The ShadeMan

This app is great while traveling, allowed me to watch some movies that were migrated over from Ultraviolet. Unfortunately there is not an AppleTV app yet, and using Airplay kinda disables my ability to use my phone as a phone while casting the movie. Would love to see this on TVOS soon.
