Does anyone else have this problem? There is 2 of my movie I now can’t get now.

Won't let me switch mid-show between devices

App seemed okay with a first pass, but when I needed to switch devices to watch the same show because one ran out of power, I was advised I cannot stream because it's being streamed on that powerless device. I don't know if that is coding sloppiness or rights zealotry but am not amused.

Can’t even sign in...

Bought John Wick 2 and can’t even watch it. When I go to sign in, I’ll enter my password. I wait a minute, but it just sits there loading. I let it load for a half hour and it just doesn’t sign in.

Does not work. Bought two Dr Pepper soft drinks to get a $6.00 credit through activate rewards. Both the activate rewards and fandango seem to be a scam. Hell, Dr Pepper May be in on the scam as well. What a waste of time and money.

Cool that this supports both AirPlay & Chromecast, which instantly makes it better than iTunes. Also isn't buggy like the iTunes desktop app is. Can be used on ANY device. The only odd thing about this app is we can't purchase content straight from the app. Otherwise would have been a 5 star app. Still, I enjoy & have less issue connecting to big screen w/ this than other apps.

Save your money. You’ve been warned.

First time customer: Purchased a rental movie. Watched half of it (it states you have a multiple day period to watch). Movie didn't work, and disappeared from my library. Manually looked up movie and it stated I had plenty of time to finish. Tried to play the movie. Movie did not play, received playback error. Emailed customer service. Customer service took over 24 hours to respond - on a weekday. Customer service said I should call them. Called customer service. On hold with customer service for 90 mins. Get hung up on without speaking to customer service. Guys - don't waste your time. Fandango has always been, and will continue to be the movie equivalent of con artists.

I rented a movie a couple weeks back. Downloaded it to my iPad and a few days later decided to watch it. It glitches out and disappeared. Contacted customer service and was told it would be a maximum of 5 days before my issue was resolved. Two weeks later I’m still waiting on their “resolution”. I will not be using this service again!

Never have I ever been so disappointed in a video streaming service. As I write this review I am still on hold with their call center. The video that I rented would not play properly and I have to keep casting to my tv over and over (essentially I am watching the movie in increments). I no longer have the option to download the movie because I started streaming and I don’t even have the option to watch the film on my iPad now. This is beyond disappointing, will be sticking with Redbox. It is unfortunate that I am still on hold as I come to the end of my review and having to recast my movie on the television once again. This service will never receive another penny from me, after my movie rentals are up I will be deleting this account and pretending they don’t exist...just like there customer service.
