Fix the streams

App is cool but the stream quality is so poor. Constant pauses. I can deal with the bitrate changing, but full stops are unacceptable.

How many video player apps do you have on your phone for streaming? The is probably the worst one. I am kicking myself for buying the season of Better Call Saul here rather than Amazon or iTunes. Playback is horrendous. The app always tells me to try again later instead of playing from my PAID library video. I’ve learned to ignore the error message and the video will play after 5 tries of dismissing the error message and tapping the play button. All this was on a strong WiFi signal and I wasn’t even streaming the day the video was released.

I haven’t had much of an issue with my purchases thru FandangoNow website. As I see the many reviews regarding purchase issues. The one thing I would like for the developers to consider for the app is the ability to display a queue of recently viewed movies that haven’t completed. Often times I start a movie and don’t finish it the same day and when I return to the app a few days later, I sometime forget which movie I last seen but didn’t finish. It would be nice to have a selection to display all movies recently viewed items that haven’t been completed. Netflix has this option why can’t it be incorporated into this app?

Wish I had read the reviews first.

Like most people in these reviews, my experience with this app is horrible. Fandango had no issues taking my money, but could never play the rented movie. Every time i tried I received a playback error message. I called the customer service number and was left on hold; never answered. Trash app that steals money.

This app is complete crap. Luckily for me, I had a code for a free rental so I didn’t lose any money. It was making me rent the movie off of their website (which was a complete mess and kept having errors as well), then it was directing me to the App Store. I already had the app installed! By the time it opened the app, and I went to the movie I was trying to watch, it was making me go back to the website, AGAIN. This app is complete trash, don’t waste your time or money. I’ll be sticking to Redbox and Amazon Prime.

Major flaw renders app mostly useless

When you have an app that allows you to download a movie you expect it to allow you to watch it offline. Not so with this app. This renders major functionality non existent. I expect a phone to make calls, a car to drive, and an app that allows you to download content to be able to be used offline.

There should be an option to cancel a movie. I ordered a movie in Spanish by mistake and couldn’t get a credit. Never watch the movie.

Great app but one little problem

There is only one flaw in this app. When I start skipping some parts in my movies the screen goes black and starts the movie over can you fix this problem or tell me how to handle it I really like this app. Also iTunes has a certain screen widened for the iPhone X but the screen for this app is smaller for me. Can you fix this problem
