Love/confusion

I absolutely love fandango now and will continue to buy movies and TV shows. My only concern is I have a TV at work that is mine and I cannot seem to get a FandangoNow to play any of my purchased movies/TV shows.

This is possibly the worst streaming movie app I’ve ever used. Downloads reset for no reason. Some just never finish. The UI is a mess and not friendly at all. Literally any other movie app is lightyears ahead of this one. If you look at the version history, the last 3 versions ARE THE EXACT SAME THING WORD FOR WORD. If that’s not telling of the quality of this app I don’t know what is. Don’t put too much faith in this, use at your own risk. Wish I could give it 0 stars.
Another Big Company Blaming the Customers

We use Roku... plenty of bandwidth and we’re knowledgeable about the tech end of getting performance from WiFi and streaming. All other apps whether HBO, YouTube, Netflix streaming flawlessly... but when we buy PAY for a movie ON FANDANGO it buffers literally every few minutes The funniest thing is Fandango blames the customer for OUR network and internet connection- Hey Paul Yanover How bout you read the feedback and reviews from the customers who pay your salary and look inward - WORST APP ON ROKU

Streaming stopped every 5 minutes and I had to restart. Never had this problem with any other streaming app and my WiFi was working great in every other way. In fact, watched something on Amazon Prime right after without a hitch.

I keep redeeming my five dollar rewards on the Fandango app, buy a movie and add it to my library, and then come to this app – and no movie. Maybe don’t have middle schoolers creating your apps. This is a steaming pile.

My smart tv used to have ‘TVPlus’ but recently changed to FandangoNow. It is thee WORST app to try and watch a movie on.. previously downloaded or not. It buffers every 5 seconds for just as long. It is NOT my WiFi connection because 10% of the time, it will surprise me and I can actually watch almost a whole movie without it buffering. I NEVER had this problem with the TVPlus app. Not impressed at all ...
