I never write reviews, but after several hours wasted both on the phone with them, even just trying to call and get through as well as trying to get movies to play/work on the app, I’ve given up! Such a disappointment! My children and I were so excited to use this app and rent lots of movies from here in the future! Not happening! Will be spending my money elsewhere & deleting this app from all of our devices!!!! Don’t bother with this app or calling their customer service!!! Horrible!!!

Great app but one little problem when playing the movie

There is only one flaw in this app. When I start skipping some parts in my movies the screen goes black and starts the movie over can you fix this problem or tell me how to handle it. And also sometimes my movie would not resume. I would play the first hour of the movie stop it watch a little bit more stop it and then it will bring me back to the part I left it an hour ago. Please fix these problems.

I ignored the other reviews that said this app was buggy. Freezes and doesn’t play based on my experience with the app. This was the 1st and last movie I buy from fandango! Now if I want to watch the movie I bought (Avengers) I will have to buy it again. I wasted my money! ☹️
Used a promo code, charged full price

I entered a promo code. The app showed me a discounted price. The app charged me full price anyway.

Trying to redeem the rewards is so ridiculous. Step 1 click here. Your code goes to email. Go to our other app. Validate. Go back to the other one to redeem now. Nope. Doesn’t work. Buying straight from regal from now on.
