Movie didn’t play; No refund yet

I ordered a movie, the movie wouldn’t cast, tech support was troubleshooting and could fix it, and I still haven’t received a refund after 3 emails and 2 phone calls. I’m never using Fandango again.

Downloaded the app.. Purchased a movie and was unable to watch it! Checked my account and the took the money but no movie!! Definitely would not recommend Fandagonow! Thumbs down!

It’s a decent app, but why in the hell are you only allowed to watch the movies you purchase on one device at a time? That’s pretty pathetic and seems like something that could be easily fixed. I paid for it, I should be able to watch it on every device I own, if I want too.

Why did I make a mistake of buying a season on this app. One thing an app like this should do and do well is playing the stinking movie when you press play; not “oh it’s Friday and one of the ones when we don’t stream stuff”

i purchased two movies in 2017 then in 2019 i reloaded the app and my movies are gone ... i asked customer service to find the movies or give me a refund ... i got neither

Ordered a movie on my Roku tv last night and payed $5.99 for it. From what I see movie belongs to fandango now and I never got the play movie option. Checked my bank statement and of course I got charged for the movie. I also got the confirmation email from Roku for the purchase. Still no movie to watch. Called the customer service and no one picked up. Left them a message on social media and no one bothered to answer. At this point I’m not sure where to go and who to ask for my refund. I’m working all day today so I’m not sure if the play option is available now since you can watch the movie for 48 hours but that’s not the point because I wanted to watch it last night and not whenever fandango thinks it’s ok to allow it to stream. This hasn’t happened before so I won’t give it a 1 star but overall I think I will avoid ordering movie from fandango so I don’t experience this again.

What is with the first name credit listings? Are we good enough chums with all these filmmakers that we don’t need to see last names? It seems creepy, not cool.
