Unable to access my cloud

I was able to access my cloud until yesterday I did get a message saying my freezer I was going to expire on April 16 and now I can’t even get any of my videos that are on the cloud and I need one of them to be able to get in order to give to police for reason and nothing.

Cloud storage stoped working after I updated the application. It used to play past videosand give me notifications if the alarm was triggered but now it’s completely useless on that part. The live feed still works but it doesn’t serve the purpose. Please do something about this issue and make it quick.
App crashes

After the last app update, my app crashes when I select the SD card option. Please fix. The Developer responded immediately and fixed the problem. The App works great now!! Thank you!!
upgrade does not work

I have tried upgrading from my iphone where the program is installed and from the website via my iphone and both ways it does not work!!! forget about “live chat” or customer service. No one answers! Piece of crap! If I could I would return them to Amazon where I purchased my two cameras.

Been having to unplug and blue back in my camera and it keeps telling me I’m not online... not cool at all.... need to check on my dog.... ???? please fix the bugs....

The app works great when connected to any WiFi source. But I can’t get the app to show the video stream when connected to cellular. I’ve tried all kinds of things but nothing works.

This app is terrible! My husband and I both have our MBAs and can’t figure out how to register so we can set up the camera. We’ve scoured the internet and many other users have the same problem with no solution. FIX THE APP!

Keeps saying the camera is disconnected or offline when it isn't. Works fine then the next time I open the app, it doesn't.
