I put these cameras in a house that’s hours from where I am now. When the app automatically updated, my account was gone. I lost all the system. Worse outcome imaginable.

Easy setup works great keeps me safe and let’s me watch my pets when I go out to the store And I can put it to my window to see when mail or package is delivered Love your camera and software Only problem can not get it to work with my windows 10 Tried BlueStacks and it is the only program for Eye4 does not work Other than that Love your cameras and software

Video stuck and video also up and down. 3 hours later color changed to dark video which is poor quality

They have to be taken back down about ever 3 months it looses WiFi and with no way to get back into the WiFi section you have to take down and reprogram they need to put a place to reconnect to WiFi this is a big problem for me it takes a whole day to do this I’ve done it three times since I have had them and you have a hard time sending a review all names are taken
