Device won’t turn on and no one answers the phone

Two months after buying, the key camera won’t turn on or reset and no one at this company responds.

This wireless video camera is definitely an awesome investment. Now I can monitor my Mother and pets when they r home alone. I don’t have to worry and I can talk to her and hear her responses. So very Happy with this product.

Do not buy the camera or the app, unless you don’t mind the camera not connecting wirelessly

I wasted 60$ on the camera, because I was hoping to play with my dogs. Not only was the camera unable to attach to walls like the post on Amazon said, but the camera was not able to connect wirelessly to the WiFi. The setup was awful, trying to connect it with sound waves. The voice the camera uses is hard to tell what it’s saying. I tried connecting the camera via Ethernet chord (which wouldn’t work because the only one is in my office) and the camera finnaly connected to my phone. The app was slow to connect the the camera, and the inputs were slow. Awful experience, and I hope Amazon will let me return it.

For 60 dollars this is incredible, so happy with it, only thing is, when you put the laser pointer on pet mode and get out of the app to do something else on your phone, the laser stops but the camera still moves in pet mode, also the audio isn’t amazing, but still with those odds I would still highly recommend. My cats are in love and so am I with this product so far.

No 5G

I got this camera online and it specifically said 5G network capability and now I get the camera here and it will not connect to my 5G because it says it’s not 5G related it’s only 2.4 GB very disappointed.
