Junk Customer service customer support never gets back to me

Customer support never gets back and it’s a possible to add the phone feature

It works ok most of the time but alert function only works while you are on live cam, cameras go offline once in awhile and you have to unplug them and plug them back in sometimes you have to delete them and add them back on. If wasn’t for these issues I would give them a 5 star, but if you are out of town no way to reset them. I have 6 of these around my house so it is not just a isolated issue cause I have them all at sometime go off line

Newest version is a down grade. No motion alerts. No wide screen anymore. Everything is compressed to 4:3 ratio.

The apps works does most of what is says. The only thing is that i cannot save the videos to my camera roll. Fix that! And ill improve my rating.

you cannot 100% control the up/down/left/right movement from this app. app only provide horizontal or vertical button and it will automatically keep moving until u press again to stop. if you press again it will rotate back again and start again, you cannot continue where you stop. silly app i ever seen. stupid app

Wow! This app and camera is the true definition of "Made in China". Lol It's a whole new level of crap. I'm exstremsly well versed of all things technical with masters degree in engineering and I can't get it to bind.

When it works, which is quite rare is fine. It freezes a lot, goes offline like every day and it has to be unplugged and plugged back in to make it work. Used to work a lot better but it seems to get worse with every update.
