I can open the app on my iPad and Apple 7 Plus phone, but the app closes immediately. How can I fix this?

Worked for one night now refuses password

It worked great for one night now the next day it says incorrect password even tryed resetting and starting over very disappointing

The motion alerts in the app do not work. When you pull up an alert it just shows the camera in real time, no recordings. You would need to be watching your phone and see something in real time for the alert function to work. Without this, you would have to wait until you are home to pull SD card to see what triggered an alert, and by that time it could be too late if something was happening. Hoping it gets fixed, would be 4-5 stars if did.

one little bug

Keep getting a “log in again” pop up telling me I can’t be logged in with two different devices. I only have app on one device. Please fix this

Storage can't be renewed - system crash

I was not warned my free storage was ending. I got online because I wanted to check the noise outside and playback the activity. I found out the cloud storage expired. When I clicked to renew, I was kicked out of the system for the 7 & 30 day renewal. If I can't renew the online cloud storage this serves no purpose. I really liked this cam too. Please turn on my online storage until you fix it.
