It will load for a few seconds then it disconnects and i have to exit the app/reload a lot. Otherwise the features are good and great visibility

The app tells me I’m offline as soon as I leave the house. It used to work with no problems.

Please remove the “Zoom Slide Bar” on the screen! I hate that thing. It’s easy enough to just pinch and zoom. I liked the screen view just the way it was. Thanks!

The new update applies a (zoom status bar) on my screen in the right side. When holding my phone in the horizontal position it’s in the way of my view and why do you need this on this view anyway, you can just use your fingers to zoom in and out. In the vertical position I thought it was just fine. Due to being not being in the cameras view at all, it’s next to the control pad joystick for moving the camera completely off the view screen. But when moving the phone horizontally that zoom bar, shouldn’t be there at all. Thanks

It just shows a welcome screen to log in but you can’t tap on anything to actually login.

Quick setup while finding a device has this awful, piercing sound, and the app resets the volume high whenever it plays it. Why? Why ever do that? The camera itself plays a voice track every 5 seconds when it’s not connected to Wi-Fi, or during initial setup. Why? Why so frequently? Why not an indicator light like every other product in existence? Incredibly low quality software and UX.

This app always asks for the location permission on startup just to use it.. it states in the dialog that it needs the location “to configure camera network” but if you cancel out you can still view your existing cameras.. the location permission should only be asked for when it is required (such as when adding devices); not every time you open it just to view an existing camera.. I am pretty sure that the current behavior of arbitrarily asking for the location every time the app starts goes against app privacy requirements..
