Fix this app please. Latest update does not work. Removing app before update does not work. Crashes to background, crashes after relaunch after a few seconds. iPad and iPhone 6s. Thanks.

I never had a issue in all the months I had this camera now it's having start up issues I'm passed irritated.?

Cannot get camera to connect to network in any way with this app. Can't use customer support. It's not in English. Recommended fixes too simplified, don't address my issue and don't work. Brand new camera. Will be returning for a refund.
