If you have this broken version, download EyeCloud 2.0. It works! Like everyone else, iPhone 6s, iOS 10. App splash screen shows and app closes. No more monitoring my security cameras!!

If your app is crashing after update , just delete the app and install it again; it seems like this version crashes if it is present data from an old version.

I should not have to uninstall and then reinstall app! So then I have to go climb ladders outside to get my phone to reconnect to cameras! It works by sound you have to be close enough for the phone to hear the coded sound coming from Cameras! You really didn't think this through did you with this new update! Wished I would have never bought this garbage so many other cameras out there on wifi that are so much better

Was working fine. Updated app today 6-19-16 and it crashes every time I try to open it. I'm running iOS 10.3.2. I have rebooted iPhone 6 and still crashes. Will up rating when you fix it. UPDATE: 24 hours later the company contacted me with instructions on how to fix the problem. Great customer support. The app is getting better. Apparently you have to uninstall the old version and get the new version from iTunes. Just updating will not work.

Fails With install of new app - occurs constantly with release of updates. Just stop with updates your app team needs IT specialist that can write code. Constantly disappointed. By the way, did uninstall then install. With new update- unable to even log in to se my cameras. This problem is typical with their updates. Once they fix it ( could be a couple of weeks) and if it works fine for you, do not update to any of their newer versions. Update: app doesn't let me log in and password retrieval does not work- also states their server has issues. * the older app on my other devices which I did not update work fine. New update: app doesn't work with iOS 10. Developer needs to stay on top of things. This happens too often. To the developers, without iOS 10 compatibility all of your products are utterly useless. It should be noted that a quality company that has multiple products that require an app for its functionality should put its resources into app development. This situation of nonfunctional system compatibility should not be tolerated- it says a lot about your company.
