I haven’t been able to use this app since January. It keeps saying can’t find a location nor will it let me scan the qr code. Time to find another gas station.


LOCATION FEATURE DOES NOT WORK

There is a problem detecting my location every time I open this app. It does not help even if you close, uninstall and reinstall it. Useless.

So I actually love this app. It gives you points on the back end. In and out of the store. But there is a dilemma that needs to be address. How is it saving me money if the store you use, has a cash and credit price. So using the app is considered credit, which means if the gas station you use has a cash or credit price you are paying credit price. Which in my case is 10¢ higher. So now using the app is defeating the purpose, except for convenience. Please fix this or I might as well go back to using cash. Because I’m losing not saving. PS: needs to make a way to use or upload receipts. Or scan so I can get my points if I forget to use the app or because the card I used is not linked. So once again how is that beneficial for us?


Longing for the old version

The former version worked well, had an Apple Watch app, and was reliable. This update is a major step backwards. I can rarely log in, and when I can I get frequent errors and time outs, inability to detect pump location, or process the QR code. In short, it doesn’t do anything I expect it to do.

This app is always tells me error! I used to use it all the time but then it started locking my debit card as well.

I have never been able to use this APP once it always says connection error and I have Cellular Data on. And they keep bugging me to use it to get rewards.


Can’t log into app

New App, the old one worked great, so of course, they had to change it. I couldn’t log in so I requested a new password. The “temporary” passwords they sent (4 in all) “weren’t recognized!” And I’m told I’m locked out for 24 hours. (Plus, why do they send passwords where you can’t tell if it’s an uppercase “i” or a lower case “L?”) I’ve been trying to use the $15 in points for a WEEK now and they expire tomorrow. I’ve been on the phone with “customer service” twice (they’re nice, but we had no luck fixing this.) Really sucky!

I can’t even remember how long this has been going on. I’ve been trying to add my checking account to my app. I think I’ve been very patient. Every time I either email or call, nothing gets done. No one calls back like they said they would or emails back with anything except for “we’re working on it”.


App is awesome

I love this app, I pull in to the station pick my pump and pay. Love that I don’t have to slide my card at the pump!


Why is this app down so often?

I would rate this app more highly if they could manage to keep it up and running. It’s down about 33% of the times I try to use it. “We’re working on it.” They say.
