Doesn’t work!

I used to love this app. Safer and easier. Now it is unusable. When I try to pay, I get the message that payment can’t be authorized. I thought it was an issue with the credit card so I tried a different card. I tried Apple Pay. Nothing works!! Terrible app.

The new update turned this app from 5 stars to 1. It’s no longer a quick use. It’s slow in opening and finding the pay now feature is always complicated.

Used to be good

This used to a great app and it worked perfect. Then they changed it and it’s been nothing but problems. It works intermittently now. Signs me out and Won’t let me sign back in. Then out of no where I am signed in. Doesn’t recognize gas stations and pumps I use all the time. So frustrated and tired of it. I think I will be using the BP app now. That seems to work better.

Great ap!!!! I love the fact I no longer have to swipe my card at the pump worrying if a scammer received my personal information! I would love to see more rewards in the ap!

If I used the reward card at the pump will it automatically use Apple Pay - I use the reward card for my work car I want the payment to go on work credit card not Apple Pay

I believe the previous version was better. This one does not work consistently, requires both a login and a pin to use it, and no longer has the map to find gas stations. Disappointing!

Tech support has had to clear information from the app for me twice bc it keeps failing to recognize my password. Terribly frustrating experience. Should be a lot more user friendly.

An awful DOWNGRADE from ExxonMobil

The app is awful and a clear downgrade from Prior app. Much harder to access when needed. The timeout is too short for many gas stations. I have had to go back to my plastic credit card! I am actually going to switch to using another gas station so I can use their app which is better!

A continuous FAILURE!!

This app is great when it works, however I have been unable to get it to work continuously. In spite of A 45 minute session with Support, and constant deleting & reloading-I get to the payment portion and get an error message. I’m tired of it, so i’m going elsewhere for my gas -regardless of how good the gas, it just isn’t Worth the hassle!!
