App is amazing. So easy to use. I love how I can pull up in my car, type in the pump number and I’m ready to start pumping. No more pumps with stupid credit card readers that don’t work. I love how I don’t have to touch the filthy bacteria infested keypad at the pumps also is a plus. Oh ya I also love getting points on every purchase so I can save on gas. Seriously what’s not to love.

I used love everything about this app, when it first came out I thought that idea was amazing , but ever since the new update the app is not as user friendly. Prior to the update I would get a prompt to use my rewards every time I pumped gas. I no longer get a prompt, and I can not figure out how to use my rewards. Ugh ! Not happy ! I have asked employees at Mobil and no one seems to know how to use the rewards on the app.

Works but security features are painful

Frequently automatically signs user out and requires re-entry of complex password even if fingerprint option is on or secondary PIN option is on. Extremely frustrating.
Fraud prevention needs tuning

I tried to use my app to buy gas twice in one day and could not do it and it took the fraud process 15 min to contact me to see if it was me.

I need to only give it 3 stars for the fact that when I want $20 and not a fill up the attendants get upset cause they need to stand there and watch the pump and stop it... they tell me the app is intended for fill ups only...which I have an issue about, cause it is limiting the possibilities of what this app can be. I actually avoid going to Exxon now for this reason...future updates should have option to specify amount wanted!!!
