Can be a little confusing at first then a breeze. Seems a little redundant some of the required click through but u love the points accumulated

App needs more instructions on how to cash in your points or redeem them. No one at the gas stations who work there have a clue about how this app works.

They now charge a $75 hold for gas. They didn’t use to do this. So basically if you don’t have $75 in the bank it will be declined and they won’t refund your money for three days.

You need an app that works. Every time I try to use it it cancels before I can pump the gas. I have money, but you won’t if your developer puts out an app that doesn’t work.

Latest version’s revamp broke what used to be seamless gas purchase experience. Now it lags forever before pump can be selected, and it sticks on “pumping gas”... really? And store locator is dumb (have to zoom in even with location on).

Keep saying “there was a problem detecting your location” while trying to pay. I have enabled the location services. Reinstalled the app. Hardly worked for less than 5 times. It worked fine a month ago.

It was good when it worked. The developers are not supporting the app anymore. Just look how old the review complaints are. Frustrating not to be able to enjoy the automation of Authorizing the Pump & Pay with this app.
