Can’t log into app – Exxon Mobil Rewards+ Review

New App, the old one worked great, so of course, they had to change it. I couldn’t log in so I requested a new password. The “temporary” passwords they sent (4 in all) “weren’t recognized!” And I’m told I’m locked out for 24 hours. (Plus, why do they send passwords where you can’t tell if it’s an uppercase “i” or a lower case “L?”) I’ve been trying to use the $15 in points for a WEEK now and they expire tomorrow. I’ve been on the phone with “customer service” twice (they’re nice, but we had no luck fixing this.) Really sucky!
