missing apple watch app

The app used to have apple watch support before it was rebranded. Missing that convenience currently. Otherwise, overall a great experience!

It used to work great until it was updated several months ago. Now if you happen to travel, or God forbid move, they think that your phone must have been stolen and lock you out of the app. After several calls to customer service, they are still unable to unlock the account, even after they have verified the new address. Do not bother with this app if you plan to use it at more than one gas station.

The app WAS great - loved the convenience and safety of not putting a card in the pump. However it’s stopped working about 2 weeks ago. The pay now button says can’t find location and the QR scan gives a “we’re working on it” at multiple stations for the last two weeks.

Absolutely do not use this app! Just had my debit card info stolen and I paid with this app at the station! Someone tried to charge 74.92 with my card after we paid! We’ll never use this again!! Stay far far away!!!

Convenient when it works, but often doesn’t work

Between the frustration of app updates and requiring you to jump through hoops to re-login and glitches where the app won’t acknowledge a gas station that you’ve used before so can’t use app to purchase to other annoyances, I feel like it’s barely worth the trouble. when it works, it works great but that’s been less than 50% of the time and I’ve had the app for about as long as it’s existed.
Not very obvious how to use rewards.

I have yet to figure out how to use The reward with the app. I can bring up the rewards card in the app with a barcode, but there is not a scanner at the pump.

Your web site is very difficult. Look at the speedway app that’s a very easy website. I’ve meet several people that would like to use your app but don’t due to the difficulty useing it. I’ve even meet several people that don’t have or use smartphones seems more people like to use track phone’s or other types of cell phones due to the fear of having them stolen.
Very suspicious activity always happens when I use this APP!!!

For some reason every time I use this app it’ll charge my bank account several times for $1. For example I’ll use it to buy $20 worth of gas after the $20 is charged n taken from my account I’ll then get charged 4-6 times for a $1 fee. And then I receive a phone call from my bank for suspicious activity.. it happens every single time I’ve used this app.
