Seriously?

hayylmao69

I've been an Evernote user for 5 years, and now I'm being forced to pay $4 monthly to use Evernote on more than 2 devices? I'd understand maybe a one time $4.99 price, fine, but this is ridiculous. On to the next one.

Game changing!

Starting to standardize all of my note taking and research on EN. Never felt more organized.

All Of Your Ideas, In One Place.

I've used Evernote to capture notes, ideas, and even write my own wedding vows! This handy app always has my back. Everything I've jotted down in the last 5 years is at my finger tips, and quickly searchable. It's like a backup drive, for your brain.

An Irreplaceable App

Tassava

Evernote is an irreplaceable and indispensable app that almost perfectly meets the need to take notes, capture information, and share knowledge.

Poorly designed widget

Abadlovesong

I really wish I could downgrade to the previous version. Evernote has followed Apple's in terrible design choices in iOS 10 with their new widget design. Obnoxious large fonts taking up more space and showing less information. Please change it back to the way it was before. I am a paying premium member. At least make an option to change it. The new font doesn't even follow the system font size setting.

Unreliable app with terrible text editing features

Sarah note taker

I have been using Evernote for a few years for pretty basic, personal stuff. I was able to overlook the phone app's inability to format text. The app is clumsy, inefficient, and inconsistent if you want to add bold fonts, bullets, indents, etc. Plus, the phone app doesn't allow the same text editing features as the web app, such as adding text color. The web app works beautifully, so I was able to live with these shortcomings, however frustrating they were. But this is a review for the phone app, not the web app. But recently, I lost content in one of my notes -- a note I've had for a couple years and added to consistently over those years, organized perfectly to meet my needs, and relied on for my day-to-day. The note itself wasn't deleted -- all but the first bullet point is inexplicably gone. I checked both the phone and web apps, and it was just gone. I tried to go through Evernote's support site to troubleshoot, which ultimately instructed me to submit a ticket. Now, I'm not an idiot. I work for a software development company. I usually can find what I need on a website, no matter how disorganized or woefully not-user-friendly it is. I CANNOT find the email address or ticket submittal form to contact these people. It just keeps sending me back to the troubleshooting page, which basically just tells me to contact them, but doesn't tell me how. I'd love to contact them. I'd love to get my note content back. I'm very disappointed in Evernote. I loved this product. Not any more. I've lost faith in their ability to maintain my notes, as well as their ability to provide customer service.

Best App I've ever had !!

I use it constantly. You can save anything to it, no more losing everything if your phone / computer crashes or even if you buy a new phone.
