Great app, but can’t use non-Google/Apple info?

I would rate this app 5 stars, but idk how else to get their attention. I have been using Evernote for about 5-6 years. I use my embarrassing childhood email, but that’s fine because it’s personal use anyway. I tried looking at a note and the app had signed me out, so I tried signing back in but the option to log in AND EVEN SIGN UP with an email that isn’t a Google (gmail) or Apple account was non-functional. This was perhaps the most offensive part because the button to Continue with an email was there but it didn’t work at all, yet the Google and Apple buttons did. If I can get a response and technical support with this I’ll change my rating to the true rating, if anyone cares at all, but until this it’s pretty much useless to me and perhaps to a lot of people that have been using Evernote for years.

Terrible on iPad

I have been a very long time Evernote user, but the iPad app is now terrible. It crashes constantly and is otherwise unresponsive. And when you try to access Evernote through the web, it just forces you into the app making it completely useless. I don’t want to switch (I have so much stored in Evernote), but if I can’t access anything it’s pointless anyway.

I have been a loyal Evernote user since 2013, and I have tried to be patient with the decline in the functionality of the app for a few years now, but it only seems to get worse as time goes on. What used to be a simple, clean, and highly reliable system for keeping notes organized has become a clunky, glitchy, very unreliable program that I feel stuck with because I’ve kept too much of my stuff in it. The scan function barely works anymore, my notes frequently disappear or delete images and attachments, and the redesigned user interface is irritating and inefficient. I’m honestly very disappointed to have to find an alternative at this point, but I do not trust this app to safely store and organize anything anymore.

Trouble taking notes on a notes app

Just here to shed some light on the “note syncing” feature. Whenever i open the app, there’s an extremely long wait time just to start taking notes. It’ll tell me to wait because the notes are syncing. It’s a really frustrating feature especially for my day to day use where a lot of my time is spent jotting down notes quickly. I’d rather it sync by choice than automatically making me wait to jot something down. Please fix this!

PDF reader needs a lot of improvement

It is a great app overall. Please make the pdf reader smoother, so if I have zoomed in on a pdf page and scroll to the next one the scrolling is smooth and the next page is already on the same zoom. Also, adding an option to annotate on the pdf without leaving the app would be awesome.

Whoever’s in charge now really needs to step down. Should be ashamed of themselves. Used to be my favorite app. Now the twisted values seep through every orifice of this app. Fire the leader get a better one. What a shame. So much wasted potential. Really drove home the point that you don’t know what you’ve got until it’s gone.
