Here’s the entire reason I use Evernote: to take notes on reading, and organize quotations and extracts. So I have to use the text scanning function a lot. And it’s absolute garbage. You only really realize just how lousy it is once you’ve used the text scan function on your iPhone’s camera app. Please fix this.

Notes are still not encrypted

I've been a customer for 6 years now. I'm not actually sure if Evernote has ever articulated why they can't encrypt my notes. Such a dog and pony show with this company

every time I use the scratch pad I get a “Syncing scratch pad” message that doesn’t go away for a while

They have been making the free version obnoxiously oppressive with constant pop-ups harassing you to upgrade. Look, either have it all be paid plans, or quit being horrible to your long term free users. I’m even more determined not to subscribe when you’re so awful about it.

I’ve been using Evernote for years. I don’t want tasks. I don’t want to share my notes or collaborate. I just want a simple search indexed note taking app. That’s what this used to be. Now it’s consistently unreliable.

Downloaded, would not let me create an account, kept erroring, would not let me sync with google acct, not much use if it won’t open. Deleted, took 13 tries to leave comment due to nickname crap. I guess you don’t really want feedback but here you gi anyway

try delete 60 messages! It plain does not work. Unmanageable.

I have enjoyed this app for 9 years in one iPad and one iPhone. After my last phone upgrade, the Evernote only works on the iPad. I have Unsync the old iPhone, as instructed, with no luck. My account shows that I have consumed one of the 3 unsync available, but the only option now is to upgrade my account. 2 stars because i can not find technical support for free account, and because this phone device migration should not have been an issue. I did this 3 years ago with no problem.
