Very good if you only use one device or if you purchase upgrade

I have enjoyed this app for 9 years in one iPad and one iPhone. After my last phone upgrade, the Evernote only works on the iPad. I have Unsync the old iPhone, as instructed, with no luck. My account shows that I have consumed one of the 3 unsync available, but the only option now is to upgrade my account. 2 stars because i can not find technical support for free account, and because this phone device migration should not have been an issue. I did this 3 years ago with no problem. Update. Change rating to 4 stars. Seem like the 3 syncs reset after some time. So it is not an issue really to use these “unsync”. I tried again, and it worked.
Duplicate notes

Constantly getting duplicates of notes every time I make an edit or start a new note.
Double pay. Holds notes hostage.

Twice now I had to pay twice because of a glitch when I upgraded. Yes, twice I paid twice. First time, I couldn’t get payment resolution easily between Apple App store and Evernote…. So I gave up. Evernote staff was friendly and helpful but could only try to deactivate the conflicts between the accidental duplicate subscriptions caused by a website issue. However, the glitch was a hidden time bomb and has recently held my Evernote access again… a full 8 months early before subscription actually needs to renew. Without access to my Evernote account, I couldn’t communicate with Evernote to discuss the problem. I had to pay again to access my notes. I will attempt to contact Evernote and resolve. However, it seems time to consider using MS Notes.

This used to be an excellent system. Now everytime I try to use it, an update is required, and they want me to pay them more than I already do. Now it’s a complicated matter in syncing devices, with device sync credits, or having to upgrade. Seriously duck these guys. What the duck ever happened to a simple ducking note system?
Issues for months on iPhone no fix

I don’t understand all these issues. I chance not been able to click anything in any update for six months. Even did a reinstall. Cannot create tasks, search. Nothing. Some QA would be great before releasing uodates! I miss my functioning mobile app

I was a former five-star review, but the new version does not have a search function I can find. That makes it unusable. Please help.
