PDF reader needs a lot of improvement – Evernote - Notes Organizer Review

It is a great app overall. Please make the pdf reader smoother, so if I have zoomed in on a pdf page and scroll to the next one the scrolling is smooth and the next page is already on the same zoom. Also, adding an option to annotate on the pdf without leaving the app would be awesome.
